We are the leading supplier of Southern African clay brick making machinery with more than 30 years experience in this field.Over 90% of clay bricks made in Southern Africa are manufactured using our machines. We are the agents for JC Steele and Sons Inc. and Händle GmbH supply, commission and provide wearing parts and technical support for the clay brick making and ceramic tile industry. We have a dedicated workshop to ensure that wearing parts are readily available and pride ourselves on our excellent customer support and unparalleled service levels in this industry.
Stiff extrusion for agglomeration in metals, minerals and miningWe are now well positioned to offer a feasible, effective and efficient solution to the mining sector for challenges around its mineral waste and by-products. There is a fully equipped and functioning plant operating our extrusion machinery in Machadodorp and a laboratory based at our premises in Kya Sand.
The laboratory and plant in Machadodorp are utilized to run initial trials, laboratory tests and bulk trials according to the materials and specifications supplied by potential clients. In order to get started we generally require 20kg of material. A wide range of metal fines, dust or sludge may be processed to deliver a product that meets your requirements.
